01 About

An engineer by practice, an operator by training.

I taught myself to write software in 2020. Within a year, I had built and operated a complete online business alongside a partner, including the storefront, payment processing, automated user verification, and direct customer support. The venture closed; the discipline did not.

Today I balance three commitments: a senior year at Framingham State University in Business and Information Technology with a minor in Economics, a management role at Westwood Pizza overseeing delivery operations, and a development partnership with a small trading collective building an education platform.

The combination is intentional. Running a kitchen on a Friday night and shipping an authentication flow on a Sunday morning are exercises in the same fundamental discipline: delivering a working result under constraint, with the people and resources at hand.

  • Direct shift operations across the kitchen, delivery fleet, and front-of-house.
  • Coordinate routing and dispatch to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
  • Train new hires on procedures, customer service, and operational standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints in person, frequently converting them into repeat business.
  • Maintain inventory, sanitation, and end-of-night closing procedures consistently.

  • Executed a daily rotation of cleaning and maintenance work across the facility.
  • Built relationships with members through consistent, attentive service.
  • Scheduled operational tasks to minimize disruption to the member experience.
  • Performed varied indoor and outdoor work with attention to detail and reliability.

An online business, built and operated end to end.

Co-founded and operated an online subscription business in 2020 with a partner. I designed and built the storefront, integrated payment processing, developed the verification bots that managed access for paying users, and provided customer support directly. The venture closed when our circumstances diverged. It was the first time I owned the entire stack: acquisition, transaction, retention, and support.

Joined a five-person trading group in early 2024 to help them launch an education business. I built the marketing site and the member dashboard, including authentication and the user portal, in collaboration with their analysts and developers. The platform is now serving paying members.
